Cancellations & Refunds: Refund policies vary by event and will be stated in the registration details. In general, cancellations made within 45 days before the event may not be eligible for a full refund.

We may facilitate travel and accommodation bookings through third-party providers, but Atsel Forum is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by these external providers.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary passports, visas, and travel insurance.
